Urban sanitation services

Services offered by Ecologica Sangro range from the collection and transport of municipal solid waste, both separate and not, to mechanical and manual sweeping, from interventions of weeding and bush cutting to additional ancillary services.

Municipal waste collection

The service for municipal waste collection, that is separate according to the specific needs of the Municipalities in which the service is provided, enables the recycling of organic waste, plastics, glass, cans, bulky waste, durable goods, WEEE, and non-separated waste.

Road hygiene

Mechanical sweeping:
it is divided into areas, each one assigned to a single operator and including the sweeping of roads, public areas, pavements, places used for markets and of any other place or area accessible to the public and publicly owned

mechanical sweeping:
it is executed with automated vehicles in roads without no-parking areas and in pedestrian areas of the urban centre and of the public squares

lawn-mowing:
this activity is carried out with interventions of weeding and bush cutting of the areas where grass grows spontaneously

Additional ancillary services:
they range from the washing of waste containers to litter bins emptying and removal of waste left in public area, from cleaning of markets and graveyards to cleaning of drains and gratings.
